Product Overview
The IPX3–IPX6 Oscillating Tube and Jet Nozzle Waterproof Test Chamber is a high-precision environmental testing system designed to evaluate the water ingress protection performance of electrical and electronic products, enclosures, and components. In compliance with IEC 60529 (IP Code), this equipment accurately simulates rain and powerful water jet conditions to verify whether products meet required waterproof ratings.
The chamber is equipped with oscillating tubes for IPX3 and IPX4 tests and dedicated jet nozzles for IPX5 and IPX6 tests, ensuring full coverage of standard water spray conditions. A stable water supply system, controlled spray angle, adjustable flow rate, and rotating turntable guarantee uniform and repeatable testing results.
Constructed with a robust painted steel outer casing and a SUS304 stainless-steel inner chamber, the system offers excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability. A large transparent observation window and built-in LED lighting allow real-time monitoring of the entire test process.
This test chamber is widely used for outdoor lighting, household appliances, automotive components, electrical cabinets, and other electronic and electrical products, serving as an essential tool for product design validation, quality inspection, certification testing, and factory acceptance.
