Technical Parameters


 

Electronic locking device applies force

Equipped with a force-applying device for the locking lever mechanism of the electronic locking device, the force-applying device can clamp the end of the locking lever and apply axial thrust or tension. The force measurement range is required to meet (0~50) N, the indication error ≤ ±0.5% F.S., the resolution ≤ 0.1 N, and the force application rate can be adjusted to maintain a constant force value. The force-applying device can measure the displacement of the stressed part and the position of the locking lever, and the displacement measurement range is required to meet (0~50) mm.

Electronic locking device unlocking It features manual unlocking of the electronic locking device and adopts an electronically controlled automatic operation mode. Programming is implemented to meet the normal operation (lifespan) requirements of the electronic locking device. The unlocking force requirement is (0~100) N, the indication error is ≤±0.5% F.S., and the resolution is ≤0.1 N.
Clamps a) Meets the requirements for independent electronic locking devices or general-purpose fixtures; b) Meets the requirements for universal AC/DC charging interfaces according to national, American, and European standards.
Polarity conversion The PLC program automatically switches, and switches 1s after detecting the electronic lock status feedback.
Function It is equipped with a 1-200mA adjustable load current and a monitoring device that provides feedback on the electronic lock unlocking/locking signal, recording the signal on/off status and number of times.
